Subscription terms · Last updated 23 September 2026
Rizzpond Pro, in full.
These terms are part of the terms of use and apply if you buy Rizzpond Pro. Everything here is also shown in the app before you pay — nothing about a subscription should ever be a surprise you have to come to a website to discover.
The short version
- Three plans: weekly, monthly or yearly. You pick; nothing is picked for you.
- Apple takes the payment and Apple is the seller. We never see your card.
- It renews automatically until you cancel, and you cancel in your Apple settings in about four taps.
- There is no free trial, so nothing is ever charged that you have not seen the price of first.
- Refunds are decided and paid by Apple, not by us.
What Pro gives you
- Smart scan whenever you want it. Free accounts get one scan of a screenshot to try; with Pro the free limit is gone.
- A third angle on every reply. Free accounts see two replies with a third shown locked; Pro unlocks it.
- A much higher daily limit. Free accounts get three reply requests on the first day and one a day after that, resetting at your local midnight. Pro gets 100 a day.
- Replies ready before you tap. With Pro, replies are written ahead so the screen opens with them already there.
The app always shows the current allowances. If we change them, the app shows the new ones, and a change that makes a plan materially worse during a period you have already paid for is covered under "If we change something" below.
The plans and the price
Pro is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The exact price of each plan, in your own currency and including whatever tax applies where you live, is shown in the app on the plan card before you confirm anything. Prices come from Apple's App Store, so they are the real numbers for your storefront, not a figure typed into a web page — which is why none are printed here.
Every plan also shows a per-week figure next to the billed amount so the three can be compared honestly. "Best value" appears only where the arithmetic says it. There is no free trial and no introductory offer, and there is no paywall that appears at the end of onboarding: you are not charged for a subscription you thought was free.
How renewal works
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price you agreed to, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Apple manages the whole billing relationship, including reminders and receipts.
How to cancel
You cancel with Apple, not with us, and you can do it at any time:
- On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rizzpond → Cancel Subscription.
- Or in the App Store app: your profile picture → Subscriptions.
- Or from inside Rizzpond: You → Manage Pro, which opens Apple's own sheet.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app, or deleting your Rizzpond account, does not cancel the subscription — only Apple can do that, which is why the account-deletion screen links you straight to Apple's page for it. Apple explains cancelling here.
Refunds
Because Apple is the seller, Apple decides and pays refunds under its own terms. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Apple's page on requesting a refund. We are not able to issue a refund ourselves, and we are not able to overrule Apple's decision. If something we did caused the problem, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL — David to fill in] anyway — we will tell Apple what we know and put it in writing for you, and we will fix whatever went wrong.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK
You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase of digital content within 14 days. Apple is the seller for App Store purchases, so you exercise that right with Apple, through the same report-a-problem route above, under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Nothing on this page takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Restoring on a new phone
Sign in with Apple and tap Restore in the app. Your subscription and your account follow you to the new phone. Buying Pro requires signing in for exactly this reason: an anonymous account cannot be given back to you if you lose the phone.
How we check that Pro is still yours
Whenever Pro matters, our server asks Apple whether the subscription is still active. If Apple says it has expired, lapsed or been refunded, Pro switches off and the account goes back to the free allowance. We store the transaction identifier, whether it was a live or a sandbox purchase, and your account identifier, and nothing else about the payment. The privacy policy has the detail.
If we change something
We may change what Pro includes, and Apple's rules let a subscription price change with notice and, where required, your explicit agreement. If a change makes Pro materially worse during a period you have already paid for, you can cancel and ask Apple for a refund of the remaining time, and we will support that request.
When Pro ends
Nothing is deleted. Your account, your persona, your texting style, your saved replies and your scanned chats stay exactly as they are — the account simply goes back to the free allowance. You can turn Pro back on at any time.
Questions about a charge
For a charge you do not recognise, Apple is the fastest route, because Apple holds the payment record. For anything about what Pro does or how the allowance works: [SUPPORT EMAIL — David to fill in].
