What Wink will and won't do.
Rizzpond helps you answer a conversation you are already in. That is the whole idea, and these rules exist to keep it that. They are part of the terms of use.
The short version
- You must be 18 or over.
- Only scan conversations you are part of. Someone else's chat is not yours to feed to an AI.
- Don't use Rizzpond to harass, threaten, deceive, stalk or impersonate anyone.
- Never anything involving a minor, in any form, in any wording.
- Wink refuses some requests on its own, and the refusal is not a bug.
Who may use Rizzpond
Rizzpond is for adults, 18 and over. The App Store age rating is the gate; there is no separate age check in the app. If you are under 18, this app is not for you, and if you have an account we will delete it when we find out.
Whose conversations you may scan
Scan conversations you are a part of. The person on the other side of your chat never installed Rizzpond and agreed to nothing, so the least we can do is make sure the only person handing their messages over is the one they were writing to. Do not scan a screenshot someone forwarded you, a chat you found, a group you are not in, or anyone else's phone.
What you may not do
- Anything involving a minor. Do not use Rizzpond to write to someone under 18 in a romantic or sexual way, and do not ask Wink for anything sexual about a minor, in any spelling or code. This is the one rule with no edge cases and no second chance.
- Harassment and abuse. No threats, no intimidation, no stalking, no sexual harassment, no hate speech or slurs, no campaign of messages against someone who has asked you to stop.
- Deception for gain. No romance scams, no catfishing, no pretending to be a real person you are not, no fake profiles, no pressuring anyone for money, nudes, credentials or personal data.
- Non-consensual content. Do not use Rizzpond in connection with intimate images shared without consent, or to pressure anyone into sending any.
- Anything illegal where you are. Including solicitation, trafficking, drugs, and the sale of anything that needs a licence you do not have.
- Other people's data. Do not feed Rizzpond conversations to collect information about somebody, build a profile of them, or pass what Wink reads on to a third party.
- Attacks on the service. No scripting the app, no scraping, no reselling replies as a service, no reverse-engineering the app or our server, no trying to get around the daily limits, the free scan, the paywall or the safety rules by prompt injection or any other means.
- Passing Wink's work off as a person. You can send a reply as your own text — that is the product. What you may not do is claim to someone that an AI was not involved when they have asked you directly.
What Wink refuses on its own
Wink will not write slurs, hate speech or threats, and it will not write anything sexual about a minor, however the request is phrased. Two things enforce that: the instructions Wink is written with, and a separate check on our server that reads every finished reply and every partial one as it is being written, and blocks it if it carries one of those. When that happens the app says Wink can't write a reply to that message. It is not a glitch and retyping the request will not get around it.
This is not a profanity filter. Wink swears, flirts and is blunt, because that is how people text. The line is harm, not taste.
Replies are suggestions, and you are the one sending
Wink writes; you read, change and send. It has no send button, no share integration and no access to any messaging app — it copies text to your clipboard and stops there. A reply can be wrong about what the other person meant, can misread who said what in a screenshot, and can simply miss. Everything you send is yours, and so is what happens next.
If the rules are broken
Depending on what happened we may refuse a request, block a feature, close the account, or, where the law requires it, report the matter. Serious cases — anything involving a minor, credible threats — are closed immediately without warning. If you think an account was closed by mistake, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL — David to fill in] and a person will look at it.
Reporting something
If someone is using Rizzpond against you, or you have seen a reply that should never have been written, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL — David to fill in]. Tell us what happened and roughly when. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — we are a small company and we cannot act at that speed.
