Who you are dealing with

Rizzpond is made and run by Darabos Group. Darabos Group is the data controller for everything described in the privacy policy and the company you are contracting with under the terms.

How to reach a human

One address handles all of it: privacy requests, data deletion, complaints about a reply, trademark and copyright notices, and questions about a subscription. If you are asking about data, you do not have to name a law or a right — describe what you want and we will work out which one it is.

When these change

The date at the top of each page moves whenever its text does. If a change affects what happens to your data or what you pay, the app tells you before it applies to you. We do not quietly rewrite a page and leave the old date on it.
